Detailed look at Persona integration

We recently integrated Persona for our recurring billing engine and subscription management. The ordering process for the enterprise plan was straightforward, involved a demo first which was helpful. Implementation took about 8 days total for our team, including testing, which was acceptable. The customer support for questions during setup was responsive, usually within a few hours. I particularly liked the payment analytics dashboard, gave us a clear overview. The fraud prevention module seems robust, we saw a noticeable drop in suspicious transactions after activating it. One area for improvement could be more localized documentation; sometimes the examples felt a bit generic for the Indian market. Overall, it's a solid platform.

Good value, minor glitch

I set up the automated checkout and it worked well for our small business. The pricing was fair, especially with the annual billing discount. Delivery for the API documentation was instant, of course. Had a small issue with the developer sandbox access initially, took a day to get it sorted with support, but overall a positive experience. It's much better than our previous provider.

Used their payment routing for a few months now for my online store. Integrates well with our setup and the transactions process smoothly. Good to see the consistency in service, just like my first order of multi-currency support.
